Who to contact about your information
DS Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd operates this website and manages enquiries received by its team. Contact ds@dstoursonline.com about privacy, information requests or a concern with how your details are handled. Our office address, telephone number and opening hours appear below.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, destination, approximate travel timing, adult and child counts, travel requirements and permission to contact you. An enquiry about a package also records that package so the team knows which journey you selected.
We may receive additional information when you call, email or message us. If you proceed with a booking, we may need traveller names, document details and other information required for the services you request. Please supply those through the channel agreed with the team, rather than placing passport, payment or sensitive personal information in a general website enquiry.
A parent or responsible adult should submit a family enquiry. The public form asks for traveller counts; it does not require children’s names or identity documents.
Website and security information
The website may record submission time, the enquiry page, package reference and campaign tags supplied in the page address, such as the advertising source of a visit. Security and service providers may process internet-address, browser, device, request and diagnostic information to operate the site, verify submissions and investigate faults or abuse.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. It processes technical signals to help distinguish visitors from automated traffic and sends a verification result used by our enquiry service. See the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice. Submission limits also use protected representations of contact details and internet addresses to reduce repeated or automated enquiries.
How your information is used
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, contact you about the requested trip, prepare or revise quotations, maintain the enquiry and follow-up history, and recognise returning customers. Booking information is used to arrange the services you accept, communicate changes, handle payments or refunds and maintain relevant business records.
We also use information to protect the website, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, resolve service issues and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. Permission to discuss your travel enquiry does not automatically enrol you in unrelated promotional messages. Tell us if you no longer want enquiry follow-ups.
Service providers and travel suppliers
Website hosting and Booking Desk enquiry storage use Google Firebase services. Authorised DS Tours staff can access records according to their assigned permissions. Information may also be handled by providers supporting the communications and payment channels used for your enquiry or booking.
If you ask us to arrange travel, the information needed to deliver those arrangements may be shared with relevant airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, local partners and other suppliers, including overseas suppliers where your itinerary requires them. Provider systems and processing may be located in India or other countries. We may disclose records where necessary to meet an applicable legal requirement or address a service or security issue.
Preferences, maps and external services
The website stores your chosen display currency in your browser so that the preference can be remembered. You can change it using the currency selector or clear your browser’s site storage. The site does not currently include a separate advertising-retargeting or general visitor-analytics tracker.
The contact page includes a Google Maps preview. Loading that map involves Google, which may process information under its own privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp, Google reviews, official travel resources and payment providers take you to services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We will update this notice if additional website tracking is introduced.
Keeping and archiving enquiries
We do not routinely delete a customer enquiry simply because it is old. Records can remain useful when a traveller returns years later, for ongoing customer service, booking history and relevant business or legal records. There is no fixed automatic expiry applied to all enquiries.
Enquiries inactive for more than 12 months may be placed in an archive view so they do not appear in daily work. The record and its history remain accessible to authorised staff and can be restored when contact resumes. Archiving is not deletion.
Retention remains subject to the purposes for which information is held, applicable requirements and the handling of individual privacy requests. Technical security logs and temporary anti-spam records may have different lifetimes from the customer enquiry record.
Your requests and choices
You can ask us to explain or provide access to the information held about your enquiry, correct inaccurate details, stop enquiry follow-ups, withdraw permission where relevant, or consider deletion of information. Email ds@dstoursonline.com with enough detail to identify the record and your request. Please do not email passwords, PINs or unnecessary identity documents.
We may need reasonable verification before acting on a request, particularly where other travellers’ details are involved. We will consider the request and explain any information that needs to be retained for a confirmed booking, a dispute or an applicable record-keeping requirement. You may raise privacy concerns through the same contact route.
Security and payment details
We use access controls and secured website connections to help protect information. No internet service can guarantee that every transmission or record is completely secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your enquiry information or payment instructions have been misused.
This website does not ask you to enter card numbers, card security codes, card PINs, OTPs or UPI PINs. Payments are arranged through individually issued payment instructions or links. Do not send those credentials to DS Tours by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, services or data-handling practices change. The date shown on this page identifies the version being presented. Changes do not override applicable rights.
